The global projects report gives you an overview of all projects on a singular CSV spreadsheet file.  Access this report by going to Tools & Reports > General Reports > Global Project Report.

Running the Report

First access this report by going to Tools & Reports > General Reports > Global Project Report.  To filter this report based on a projects status, tick the box and use the drop down to select the status - when ready, click the Download button.  A CSV spreadsheet will then be downloaded to your computer with the project information.  This report will detail:

• Name.
• Reference.
• Customer.
• Status.
• Target Income.
• Target Expenditure.
• Actual Income.
• Actual Expenditure.
• Income Difference.
• Expenditure Difference.
• Excluding VAT.
