Tally Accounts
A powerful, cloud based accounting package. Monthly subscription provides full access and functionality . Tally Accounts does everything you need to record your business transactions including:
- Raise sales invoices,
- Track customer debts,
- Record purchases and expenses,
- Track your bank balance with automatic bank feeds,
- Prepare and submit VAT returns,
- Generate profit reports and a multitude of other data reports.
Tally Exchange
Tally Exchange is our secure portal for exchange of confidential data. Much more secure than email. Again, based in the cloud this confidential link between you and us allows us to pass documents to-&-fro without the risk of it being intercepted or "getting lost".
In addition we can use Tally Exchange to e-approve documents. This allows you to sign tax returns or accounts for example without the need to print anything off! So its environmentally sound too!
Tally Snap
Our newest addition to the Tally suite. This is a mobile App for IOS or Android that allows you to simply use your phone's camera to take photos of receipts, invoices, purchase orders and bank statements.
These documents are then posted into your Tally Accounts for you.
The App comes with its own management system so that you can review, tweak or change the postings if you so desire. The management system will also keep a full record of all of your image "snaps" so there is no need to keep paper records.
