You can enable backups to be e-mailed to you on a set day of the month every month. These backups can be opened up in spreadsheet format or imported direct into Sage Line 50. To set that up just go to Settings > Backup Data > Set which day of the month you would like to be E-Mailed your backups on > Enter in the E-Mail address that you would like to receive your backups (by default your primary e-mail address is pre-filled) > Click Update. Please note that backups can be generated at any time of day; this means that you may get your backups e-mailed to you at any time between midnight and 11.59pm on that day.
