If you use your Ipad to email quotes, invoices, or purchase orders, you may find you come across a problem when trying to edit your email template.  This is something that is related to the Ipad with other websites too, so you may have seen this before.

How To Resolve The Problem

We are aware of this problem happening with our software and there is a very quick workaround fix to it.  If you are editing your email template and then the form freezes, then won’t let you remove or add information, you will need to use the button to Hide Your Keypad.  You then just need to call the keypad up again and you should be able to type without a problem.  We know this is not ideal and moving forward this is something we will be working to resolve.
