Our servers are windows based, this means that your CSV file needs to be saved as a CSV (Windows) format.  By default on Macs when you save your file as CSV is saves as CSV (Macintosh).  To correct this just click File > Save As > Use the file type drop-down to save it as CSV (Windows).
