The customer purchase history gives you a report detailing sales made to a specific customer in a CSV spreadsheet format. Access this report by going to Tools & Reports > General Reports > Customer Purchase History.
Running the Report
Run the report by first accessing it by going to Tools & Reports > General Reports > Customer Purchase History. Use the options here to specify:
- Customer - Select which customer to see a detailed breakdown on sales made.
- Start Date/End Date - Select the date range for the report.
When ready click the Download Report button.
Viewing the Report
A spreadsheet will then download to your computer containing the breakdown of sales made to this customer. This report details:
- Date.
- Invoice.
- Customer Reference.
- Sales Type.
- Product.
- Quantity.
- Rate.
- Total.
- Description.
