Customer Purchase History

The customer purchase history gives you a report detailing sales made to a specific customer in a CSV spreadsheet format.  Access this report by going to Tools & Reports > General Reports > Customer Purchase History.

Running the Report

Run the report by first accessing it by going to Tools & Reports > General Reports > Customer Purchase History.  Use the options here to specify:

  • Customer - Select which customer to see a detailed breakdown on sales made.
  • Start Date/End Date - Select the date range for the report.

When ready click the Download Report button.

Viewing the Report

A spreadsheet will then download to your computer containing the breakdown of sales made to this customer.  This report details:

  • Date.
  • Invoice.
  • Customer Reference.
  • Sales Type.
  • Product.
  • Quantity.
  • Rate.
  • Total.
  • Description.
